MCM Command SMS
My Community Mortgage LLC, NMLS #2408499, operates the Anchor Mortgage A2P Messaging Bundle for a limited internal MCM Command workflow. This pilot is limited to authorized MCM personnel using pre-approved mobile numbers. It is not a borrower, applicant, lead-generation, or marketing text-message program.
We may collect the participating mobile number, inbound and outbound message content, message timestamps, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out status, and internal request identifiers needed to operate and audit the workflow.
We use SMS information only to authenticate the approved operator, process internal workflow requests, send transactional acknowledgements and status or error notices, provide help, prevent misuse, and maintain operational and compliance records.
We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be provided to service providers that help us transmit, secure, or support the program solely for those operational purposes, or when required by law.
We retain messaging records only as reasonably necessary for the internal workflow, security, audit, legal, and compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls designed to protect the information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Message frequency varies with operator activity and is expected to be no more than 20 messages per month during the pilot. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing services, applying for credit, or receiving a loan decision.
