Anchor Mortgage SMS
My Community Mortgage LLC, NMLS #2408499, doing business as Anchor Mortgage, operates a recurring customer-care and loan-process text-message program for people who explicitly opt in. The program does not use purchased lists or send cold, marketing, or promotional text outreach.
We may collect the participating mobile number, inbound and outbound message content, message timestamps, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out status, and internal request identifiers needed to operate and audit the workflow.
We use SMS information only to honor a participant's communication choices; provide a secure mortgage application link when an opted-in new lead is ready to apply; provide requested customer care, appointment information, document reminders, and loan-process updates; respond to HELP requests; prevent misuse; and maintain operational and compliance records.
We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be provided to service providers that help us transmit, secure, or support the program solely for those operational purposes, or when required by law.
We retain consent and messaging records only as reasonably necessary for customer care, the loan process, security, audit, legal, and compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls designed to protect the information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Message frequency varies and is expected to be no more than 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, applying for credit, or receiving a loan decision.
