Anchor Mortgage SMS
These terms govern recurring customer-care and loan-process text messages sent by My Community Mortgage LLC, NMLS #2408499, doing business as Anchor Mortgage, using (757) 909-5918. Participation is limited to people who provide their own mobile number and explicitly opt in.
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and selecting the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on the Anchor planning request form. You may also opt in by texting START to (757) 909-5918. You can submit the planning form without selecting the SMS box. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services, applying for credit, or receiving a loan decision.
The first pilot message is a secure mortgage application link sent one-to-one to an opted-in new lead who is ready to apply. Later messages may include requested follow-up, appointment confirmations, document reminders, loan-process updates, delivery notices, and responses to HELP requests. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages, use purchased lists, or conduct cold text outreach.
Message frequency varies and is expected to be no more than 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. MCM does not charge a separate fee for the program. Carrier charges remain the participant's responsibility.
Reply STOP to cancel messages. After a STOP request, one final confirmation may be sent and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting START. Reply HELP for help or call My Community Mortgage at (337) 501-0155.
Protect your mobile device and promptly report loss or unauthorized access. Do not send passwords, account credentials, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial information by text.
Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carriers, network conditions, or maintenance. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review the SMS Privacy Policy. Revised terms will be published with a new effective date.
